Paul has agreed to return this week to enlighten and entertain us with additional information about his DSS strategy.

Paul is a well known and well respected member and contributor of many property discussion forums and guest speaker who specialises in DSS tenants.He is based in Leeds and began buying and refurbishing property without using any of his own money while still at University, without telling his parents and without his own transport. Still only in his mid twenties and with a substantial property portfolio, he maximises his profts by using DSS tenants. He has developed a proven strategy that works.

Matthew is an expert in systematizing his business. The majority of his portfolio are HMO’s and this meant that the management time involved is higher than single lets. Because he grew his portfolio very quickly, he needed to put in place processes and systems to ensure that he could manage his business in the most efficient and effective manner.
