Shimon Rudich from MS Law LLPShimon is a legal expert in using lease options to buy property for £1.
He has recently appeared at an event alongside Rick Otton, a major influence in bringing lease options to Britain. Lease options have been around for years and are huge in Australia and the USA. Rick charges £800 a ticket for his event.
Shimon writes the legals for Rick's lease options in this country and he would like to share his knowledge with us for free.
We are also privileged to have with us Paul Galbraith.
Paul is a well known and well respected member and contributor of many property discussion forums and guest speaker who specialises in DSS tenants.
He is based in Leeds and began buying and refurbishing property without using any of his own money while still at University, without telling his parents and without his own transport. Still only in his mid twenties and with a substantial property portfolio, he maximises his profts by using DSS tenants. He has developed a proven strategy that works.
There will be displayed for sale, a mixture of realistically priced investment properties for both at home and abroad.
